Harold F. Caley recently appointed as a Part-Time Vice Chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board, is a highly respected leader in the field of labour relations and is now offering expert Mediation and Arbitration services. His extensive experience encompasses all facets of labour relations.

With a distinguished career spanning decades, Harold founded the nationally recognized labour law firm CaleyWray, representing trade unions across Canada. He has appeared before the CIRB, the OLRB, and numerous grievance/interest arbitrations, earning the respect of opposing counsel and adjudicators alike.

In the published book by Chambers Canada, Canada’s Leading Lawyers for 2016, a publication researched by an Editorial and a Research Team, seeking input from clients and lawyers in the particular geographic jurisdiction, Harold was selected as a "Senior Statesman" on the Trade Union side in Canada.
